Refund Policy

Our Return Process

All Returns In-Store and Online must follow the following Return Policy process

- An email detailing reasons for return must be done within 5 days of receipt of the Item for the return process to begin

- All Items that are returnable must be shipped within 14 days (2 weeks) of Purchase.

-  All Items Returned must be in same condition and with tags attached if any 

- Seller is responsible for shipping of Returned Items

- All Items listed as Non-refundable or Non-Returnable cannot be returned

- All Items listed as “return for Store Credit” must be returned with 21 days of purchase. Item must be in the same condition including tags if any. 

- If buyer changes their mind prior to shipping of the item, a $40 restocking fee will be deducted from payment

- Once items are received a notification email or text will be sent to buyer 

- Returns will take a minimum or 5 days and a maximum of 14 days to process, including inspection of the item

Returned Items Inspection

- All returned Items are inspected for usage, damage, tags, and overall condition. Items that are not in the condition in which they were shipped including attached tags will not be accepted, such items will be shipped back to buyer with buyer incurring the shipping cost. 

- Items that are returned for store credit (returned after 14 days but less than 21 days) will go through the inspection process upon receipt. If Item meets criteria for store credit (in same condition and not damage or used) store credit will be awarded with 14 days of inspection 

Authenticity and condition of Goods

All Items sold by ITAJ Boutique are guarantee authentic or 100% money back. If buyer disputes the authenticity of an item, they must prove item is inauthentic with a prove of documentation, a receipt and an inauthentic certificate from a trusted and professionally registered authenticity service (We recommend Real Authenticators). 

Condition of Items

- ITAJ Boutique specializes mostly in pre-loved and mildly used goods, bear in mind that these will have some signs of use and may not be in perfect condition. Some items may have condition that may have been missed in the description, please make sure to check pictures of items in great detail, from other angles and using the zoom feature.
